╰┈➤1. GENERAL TERMS ➜
✦ All drawings may or will include a subtle watermark that you may not remove.
✦ Prices are subject to change based on demand and complexity.
✦ I reserve the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
✦ Usage of the artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, ML (machine learning) tools, NFTs, blockchain, or other for-profit platforms/purposes is strictly prohibited.
✦ All potential NSFW commissions will require proof of age before an invoice is sent.
✦ I reserve the right to use, share, publish, and record commission processes on my social media unless discussed otherwise.
✦ I retain copyright of commissioned artwork unless discussed before payment.ʚɞ2. PAYMENT ➜
✦ The currency accepted is in USD and can be paid through PayPal or Ko-fi.
✦ Payment is upfront. Your place on my commission list is secured only once I have received the full payment.
✦ Flexible pricing is available, feel free to provide your budget and I can work with you.
✦ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and send a request for payment.
✦ Expect commissions to take at least 1 week to fulfill, 3 months max. If you are in a rush, an additional $10+ per commission type may be added to the commission price. If you have a deadline you'd like your work by, please state this before purchasing.ʚɞNotes on commercial use and payment:
✦ Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing (i.e PNGTuber models, certain emotes). Commercial rights may be discussed prior to payment.
✦ Rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time for 2x the commission price or an additional +200% of your quote.ʚɞWhen making an inquiry, please include this information in your message:
✦ Preferred Email – Invoice is sent via PayPal unless processing through a discussed Ko-fi payment. I will not begin working until the payment has been processed.
✦ Commission Type - Be aware of what commissions I'm currently accepting. Let me know what kind of artwork you'd like to commission (i.e. YCH/custom, pngtuber, pinup, custom design, chibi).
✦ References - My style is flexible, but I do require clear references and/or detailed descriptions. Photos and other visual mood boards work best. If I'm drawing a real person I'll need at least one clear reference photo. There’s no such thing as too many references! Please provide as many as possible with clear color palettes and outfit designs.
Keep in mind the type of clothing and accessories you’d like your character in if there is no official reference. You may send irl clothing photos if no pre-made design is available. If you don’t specify clothing I’ll default to a solid shirt or fitting aesthetic (of your choice).
✦ If you do not supply a direct reference then I will assume you're comfortable with leaving it up to my interpretation. Provide references if you have a specific style or design in mind!

✦ Absolutely no content from Genshin Impact/Honkai Star Rail/The Hoyoverse, Hazbin Hotel & Helluva Boss, or the Hogwarts franchise will be accepted
✦ Some fetishes (please ask)ʚɞ3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY ➜
✦ I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the right to a refund.
✦ While I'm working on your commission I will send frequent updates so that you have ample opportunity to ask for revisions (sketch, lineart, color, final piece).
✦ The number of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.
✦ During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
✦ The time it takes to finish your commission varies. Commissions will take at least 1 week and 3 months max depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and living situation.
✦ If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.
✦ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image based on the commission requested (i.e. emote size is 500px file). You will receive your final artwork files through an Email and/or your preferred DM (Twitter, Discord, etc.). Please note that there is no physical product; You are receiving a digital product only.
✦ You are not allowed to manipulate the design or colors of the final piece. In the case of PNGTubers or emotes: if you expect you might like changes such as hair or eye color in the future then let me know before I start your commission. I can provide three(3) color variations at no extra cost or discounted alt versions depending on complexity of the alternative design.ʚɞ4. REVISIONS ➜
✦ You get three(3) rounds of major changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.
One during the sketch phase and two during lines and flats. Minor color shifting is acceptable and not an additional fee.
✦ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing—unless a misunderstanding on my side has been made.
✦ If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. This fee changes based on the complexity of the request and starts at $5+ USD per additional revision.ʚɞ5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY ➜
✦ I retain full ownership of commissions. Designs are for personal use only and may not be resold or reproduced for commercial use unless discussed otherwise.
I, Aerrona (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
✦ Post WIPs as well as the final piece on social media. If this is something you’re uncomfortable with, please make note of this before the commission is started.
✦ Promote myself with it.
✦ Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.).
The buyer is allowed to:
✦ Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.).
✦ Print the artwork and claim the character(s)/design(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself.
✦ Use artwork to promote yourself, so long as credits are somewhere. Its highly encouraged, but not entirely necessary.
✦ Use the artwork on your YouTube channel or Twitch streams and in monetized videos so long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
✦ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. Any means of making money off it that were not discussed during commissioning are prohibited.
✦ Claiming the artwork as your own.
✦ Removing my signature from the artwork.
✦ Altering the artwork without my consent.ʚɞ6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ➜
✦ I will do everything I can to make my customers happy! My DMs are open for you to discuss options and flexibility.
✦ If you have a problem with anything regarding the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
✦ I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.ʚɞ7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY ➜
✦ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission. Partial refunds may be possible if discussed.
✦ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
✦ If you cancel your order before I start it, you will receive a full refund.
✦ If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback or take it up with Ko-fi. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
✦ If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece (pose, sketch, etc.) and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.ʚɞ8. ADOPTABLES (OR CUSTOM DESIGNS)➜
✦ When adopts are made, they'll be listed on Toyhouse to allow for ownership transfer. Buyer will receive the adoptable art via Email if user does not have a Toyhouse.
✦ In the event the art has a name or information placeholders, it will be removed. Alternatively, the buyer can request information be put on the piece at no extra charge.
✦ If a base (free-to-use or pay-to-use) not of my own making is used when designing the adopt, it will be noted.
✦ Refunds are not available for adopts.
✦ In the event that you resell the design, only sell for what you purchased the design for unless additional art has been accrued or purchased. Be FAIR when evaluating this.
✦ Free, traded, or raffled designs/adopts may only be gifted or traded for free unless there is additional commissioned art attached.
✦ Trading the design is allowed.
✦ Designs may be altered so long as the base design is recognizable, DM if further clarification is needed.
✦ Do not claim you designed it. Please credit when reposting.
✦ Designs may not be used for commercial purposes unless discussed first.
✦ If the design/adopt is part of an original/closed/open species, the owner must also adhere to those species’ rules. Additionally, the design may not be made into an open/closed species.
✦ By owning/purchasing a design or adopt from me, you agree to these terms. My adopt terms also adhere to the General TOS above.ʚɞImportant general note!
➤ If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Aerrona, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit (i.e. reuse of pose, colors, or concept).
